Oh dear! deja vue all over again.This was just like we played against Knutsford last year and the year before. It seems we’ve learnt nothing and still can’t beat our grandmas. Can you find a more inventive way to give a point away? Can you give their defence an easier ball? Can you fail to get 3 serves in in a row? Awful.

Out of the dross a (very) few good things - Abi showed really good footwork and control playing from back court, Helena found her range serving and was our best hitter - in the friendly after the match.

Got to do better next time.
